My Story
On the 16th January 2026, I will be embarking on the challenging trek to the summit of Kilimanjaro on behalf of The Brain Tumour Charity & The Ali Ling Fund.
The Brain Tumour Charity is the world’s leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. Committed to saving and improving lives, we’re moving further, faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour.
January 2026 marks 10 years since the passing of our lovely Ali, so a team of Ali’s family, friends and connections will be climbing Kilimanjaro in her memory. To raise not only money, but awareness for the Brain Tumour Charity. To help and support as many families in the future as we can. This is going to be a tough challenge for many of us, but one we feel honoured to take part in!
